Notice is hereby jïiven that in pursuance of an order granted to the undersigned administrator of tbe estáte of said deceaeed by the Hon. Judge of Probate for the County of Washtenaw, on the i!3rd day of February, A. D. !897, there will be sold at public vendue to the highest bidder, at the late residenee of said deceased, in the City of Aan Arbor, in the County of Washtenaw, in said state, on the J2th day of April, A. D. 1897, at ten o'clock in ihe forenoon of that day (subject to all encumbrances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of tbe death of said defieased), the follouing descrlbed real estáte, to-wit: Communcing at a point on the south line of Jeffersou street sixteen rods west of the west line of State street, thence running south parallel with State street seven rods, thence weBt four rods, thence north parallel with State street aloresaid seven rods to the south line of Jefferson street, thence east four rods to the place of beginning, with right of way overa piece of land one rod wide east and west adjoining said land .
