Circuit Court Doings

The jury in the Jerome Schemerhoru vs. Mollie Bennett estatecase came in Friday morning, after being out all night, and rendered a verdict for 400 for the plaintiff. The claim was for $1,200. Isaac Perrine was found not guilty of violating the city ordinance. In Justice Pond's court he was recently found guilty of raising a disturbance in the opera house, but carried the case liigher with the above result. A stay of proceedings for 10 days, or until the conrt shall otberwise order, was granted Monday in the case of M. Brenner vs. D Cramer. In the case of Simón J. Kress and George Dettling vs. Frank Rudel et al., a verdict cf $89.16 was given for the plaintiff Wednesday night. Tbe jury in the case of Joseoh Feather vs. Caroline Feather on Wednesday gave a verdict of $1,300 fnr the plaintiff. The defendant has ten days in which to file a bilí of exceptions. The appeal of Henry Breitenwischer vs. Elrner Clough was oocupying the attention of the circuit court yesterday.
