Paducah, Ky„ Mareh 23.- There is more alarm In Paducah than since the present flood overtook the city. The river rose four inches durine; the night and is now fifty feet. Many fences and outhouses in the lower part of the city were washed away and Broadway, the main Street, is now submerged in the west end.
