Bound Over For Trial
On Wednesday morning William Larkins, Edward Lyons and Rupert Jones were taken before Justice Gibson and the evidence taken at their previous examination on the charge of murdering James Richards, Jan. 30, was read to the several witnesses and signed by them. A number of slight changes were made, but no new evidence was produced, and nothing of a sensational character happened. At the conclusion of the work Justice Gribson ioimally bound the three men over to court without bail.
