At noon Tnestiay the fine new barn belongiĆ¼g to Columbus Awlls, of Bridgewater Ceuter, was badly damaged by fire. Mr. Awlls was eating his dinuer wbeu a neighbor ran in and told hini that bis straw stack was on fire, aud it was Dot loug before the flames spread to the barn. Tbere was but a small iusnrance on it. Clarenoe Awlls and Fed Crosby had a new corn hnsker, which cost $500, stored on the first floor and it was destroyed.
