Arta, April 27.- The New Tork Journal correspondent telegraphs nis paper as follows: The left wing of the Greek army in Epirus, under command of Colonel Golphinopulos, is advancing on Preseva, which must be captured before the Greeks attack Janina. The right wing of the Greek army, under Colonel Manos, is advancing on Janina, but will n.ot attack the place until it is joined by Golphinopulos' aimy. The garrison of Preseva, consisting of 2,500 Turks, still holds out, although for two days we have heard the roar of the guns on the Greek ships bombarding the place. The people of Kpirus are extending a welcome to the invaking Greeks, and the Turks are panic-striken. On the iriarch the army which I accompany captured a camp of Turks, and we found coffee boiling on the fires, showing the hasty flight of the Turks. The c-ause of the panic is the desertion of the Albanians, the bravest troops in the sultan's army.
