A Brisk Little Blaze

The home oL Christopher Lan, a railroad laborer, at 39 Felch st., was damaged by fire between 8 and 9 o'clock yesterday morning to the extent of about $200. The fire started in ths attic over the kitchen and caused quite an excitement in the neighborhood. Outside of the damage to the building but little harm, luckily, was done, as there was no insurance on the furniture. It is quite a blow, however, to Mr. and Mrs. Lau, who have a family of 11 children, yet have by dint of years of hard labor and saving got a comfortable little home whicli is not vet entirely clear of debt,
