Erama Estleman was released on suspended sestence with Michael Brenner as her surety. In the case of Hattie M. Bond vs. The L. S. & M. S. Eailway the jury returned a verdict of $1,500 for the plaintiff. The railway will ask for a new trial. In the case of August Mensing vs. M. C. R. R. the jury last eveninR returned a verdict in favoi of the plaintiff for $2,000.
