Springfi-ld, Hls., May 18.- The Illinois battlef.eld monument commission has decicíed to erect nine monuments each ut Lookout mountain and at the Eoi'th end of Mission Riage to the Illinois regiments which partioipated in ihesc battlf.s. Plans "ivere received for a gianite monument 100 feet high which it is proposed to erect on the top of Mission Ridge.
