Escanaba, Mich., May 18.- As Hans Peterson of Stoninglon was assisting in loading a boat with bark, his foot slipped and he feil into the water and was drowned. His body was recovered a short time after. Menominee, Mich., May 18. - Bennie Coman, the 13-year-old son of John S. Coman, a prominent inspector and shipper of lumber, feil from a log in the branch cf the Menominee river and was drowneJ. The body was reccvered two hours later.
