Sues Her Husband's Father

San Francisco, May 25. - Mrs. Margaret Moffatt has brought suit in the superior court to recover damages in the sum of $50,000 from her husband's íather for alleged alienation of afCection and has instituted proceedings against her husband to compel him to support her. She alleges that she has twice been married to William Moffatt but at each time her father-in-law has induced his son to desert her.
