Chicago, June 1. - The interstate commerce commissicn, in all its glory, began. a session in the United States circuit court room at 10 o'clock Tuesday mornng, with numerous complaints, counter complaints andi alleged violations of the ntergtate law upon its docket. A numerous crowd of railroad magnates filled tht room when the gavel struck. Chairman William R. Morrison, Judge Yeomans, and C. A. Prouty of Vermont sat tí a stately row. Stenographers clustered to right and left, lawyers blinked. along the front row and the whole court room had all the appearance of a most mportant trial. So many cases, the commissioners say, are on the list that the session wil! last for ten days or more.
