Will Appeal The Case

Washington, June 1.- When Senator Tillman was asked Tuesday for an explanation concerningr the decisión of Judge Simonton in the South Carolina diapensary case he said that the state undoubtedly would appeal the case to the supreme court of the United States. "There is nothing else to do," he said, "so far as this case is concerned. The etate has exhausted her present resources and must walt upon ths supreme ocurt and oongress."
