Webster Sunday School Convention
The Sunday school convention held at the Webster M. E. chnrch on Friday had a large attendance both 'afternoon and eveuiug. Tha afternoon session opened with a song service. Tbis was followed by the organizatiou of couferenoe led by Rev. H. W. iiicks. Very interesting papers veere read by Misa Ida Kenny and N. R. Lowe, and there were very interesting talks by Rnssell C. Reeves, of Dexter, and E. E. Calkins , of Ann Arbor, all bearing on Sunday school work. The open parliament was led by E. C. Goddard, onr connty superintendent. "A BibleStudy," by R. J. MoColl, followed. A song service was given in the evening and addresses by Rev. J. W. Stacey, Rev. F. Blomfield and E. C. Goddard. Webster is tbe first on the list to hold a Sunday school cnnvention this year.
