Fhiladelphia, June 8. - Emma M. Ivns, known to the stage world as Virginia Stuart, was granted a decree of divcrce Tuesday from her husband. Horace F. Ivins, a physician of this city. Desertion and non-support were the claims on which Miss Stuart wjn ner case.
