Estáte of Edward H. Clark. CTATE OF MICHIGAN, COÜNTY o of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court forthe Countyof Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbcr, on Tuesday, the fth day of June, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judg-e of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Edward H. Clark deceased. On reading and filing the petition duly verifiedof Ieonhard Uruner, Admini3trator, prayinï that he may be licensed to sell the real estáte whereof said deccased died eeized. Thereupon it is ordered, that Saturday, the 3rd ■day of July next, at ten o'clocfe in the forenoon be assigned ior the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legateea, and heirs at law ot said deoeased, and all other persous interested in said estáte are required to appear &t a session of sairt court, then to be holden -at tbe Probate Office in the city oí Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, "vhy the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered, that sa:d petitioner give notice to the persons inter■estedinsaid estáte of the pendencyofsaid petition and the hearing thereof, by a copj of thi order to be published in the Ann Afbor Argus, a newspaper printedand circulating in said county. three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
