Fred AI. Freemau went to Grand Rapios, Monday, 011 business. The high school bad its annnal picnic afc Sand Lake last Saturday. Prof. Essery entertained the senior olass at his home Weduesday evening. Promotion exercises take place in the chapel of the central building Thursdav morning at 9:30 o'clock. The ward school had a picnic in Soamid's grove last Ftiday afteruoon. Ihey all report a good time. Children's day was observed in the Universalist and M. E. charohes last Suaday raorniug with appropriate exercises. Rev. Dr. Thobarn, of Detroit, delivered a fine sermón to the senior class of the high school, at EinanuePs church last Snnday evening. The service was largely attended. The graduation exercises of the class of '9T take place in Arbeiier hallThnrsday eveniug. The class oomprises three gentlemen and 10 ladies as follóws: SidneyCase, ArtonYokom, Oscar Kirohgessner, Jessie Aulls, Elizabeth Rawson, Bessie Toryey, Aina Middlebrook, Flora Saley, "WinnifrikcBranniok. Anna Unterkircher, Jenniéfalmer, Nettiei Logan and Ackie Hall. The Alumni Association of our sohool holds its 21st annaal reunión today in Arbeiter hall. A business meeting for the election of officers was held as usual at 10 o'clock a. m. This evening's program will consist of an essay, poera oration and history, with music by a qnartet from Ypsilanti. After thi a banqnet will be served at the Freeman hoase, which will be followed by toasts
