'Cincinanti, O., June 8.- Dr. O. V. Lim'erick, who was jointly indicted with Dr. J. W. Prendergast, late health offlcer of Cineinnati, for attempted blackmail of the Frazer Tablet company, and who was convicted by the jury, was senter.ced Tuesday by Judge Murphy to serve two years in the penUentiary.
