BerlĂn, July 13.- The Tageblatt's Constantinople correspondent says that the British and French ambassadors to Turkey ars about to be recalled, owing to their government being dissatisfied with their conduct in connection with the peace negotiations. It is stated that Emperor William, who is now on a Northland tour, kept the telegraph wires between Norway and Berlin occupied with official dispatches during the whole of Sunday night. These dispatches, it is supposed, were in reference to Eastern aft'airs.
