Offer From Li Hung Chang

Poughkeepsie, N. Y., July 20.- George A. Brill oí Poughquog, Duchess county, who graduated from Cornell university in 1SSS, recen tly received a cable dispatch from Li Hung Chang offering him a liberal sum to organize and manage a model farm in China under the government. Mr. Brill wiil accept the offer and will leave for China to enter upon his I duties.
