IEFAULT HAVING BBEN MADE IN THE - conditions of a certain niortgage (whereby the power of sale therein contained has become operative) made and executed bv Cpiirad LehQ and Catherine Lehn, nis wife of the first part, to Henry Smith, of the second' part, bearing date the 8th day of March A D % and recorded in the office of the Kegister of Deeds, m and for tbe County of Washtenaw, and State of Michigan, on the 12th day of March, A.
