Regents Cook, Dean, Kiefer, P]etch er and Barbonr, were in Auu Arbnr Monda attending a meeting of th commitree ou buildings and gronndsof he board of regents. Tbe bids for Z ddition to the hospital boiler W were opened and tbe contract was let tn Wessiug & Doolittle, of Owosso. The boiler house will be extended 40 feet south and will be made rwo stories high. The addition will be built of brick and will contain nurses' quarters and dining room and kitchen, whil6 the basement will be used as a laundrv The contract price is $13,625. The regents also looked over theworfc on the university lighting plant, which the students are putting in, and fouod it very statisfactory.
