Fort Wingate, ,N. M., Aug. 31.- "While playing with matches in an old outbuüding used as a store house, little Alice Winstone and Harry Arnold, aged 3 and 4 years, set fire to a cap of oil, causing an explosión. Alice was burned to a charred and unrecognizable raass. Harry was badly burned about the head and will probably die.
