Got Some Bad Burns

Mr. aud Mrs. Henry G. Lodholz, of the Northside, were both badly burned Friday ruorning by an explosión of wood alcuhol. Mrs. Lodbolz got np at 5 a. m. and at once sec to work to light the gasoline stove. She sed wood alcohol in the cnps of the burners to genérate the heat and while she was pouring tbe stuff into the cnps it exploded and blew ont the bottoru of the can, set fire to her clothing and burned her legs and arrus badly. Mr. Lodohlz carne to her assistance to put out the flaiues and he was also badly bnrued about the hauds. The arrival of some of tbe neighbors who nsed energetio rueasures toput out the fire was all that preventod it spreading to other parta of the house. Dr. John Boylau dressed Mr. aud Mrs. Lodholz' injuries aud tney are healing as well as could be esI dected.
