Presidential Appointments

Washington, Sept. 21. - The president Tuesday made the following appointments: William K. Herzon of Illinois, consul at Zitlau, Germany; Francis H. Wilson, postmaster at Brooklyn, N. Y.; Benjamin P. Parlott, collector of internal revenue for the district of Maryland; Albert M. Lea, United States attorney for. the western district of Mississippi; Frederick W. Collins, United -States marshal for the southern district ■of Mississippi.
