The high sühool has pnrchased a new Jewett piano. The University Extensión Association mee with Prof. Evan Essexy Tuesday evening. Elmer Silksvortb, of Reading, has been visiting his parents and friends tbe past few days. Dr. and Mrs. Geo. Torrey have moved to Chicago, where Mr. Torrey expects to study dental surgery. His friends wish him success. Mr. and Airs. Wm. M. Yocnm, of Cbelsea, parepts of Austin Yoouru, moved bere Jssc week and occupy the houEe corner of City road and Beaufort st. Rev. and Mrs. Beau from Bespeler, Ont., arrived iu town last Saturday for a visit with friends. Air. Bean will preaoh at the JM. E.church next Snnday I morning.' Angust Nisle, wbo has been in poor health the past surnmer, starts for Colorado Springs, Col., Thnrsday.to .spend the winter.
