No Starvation At Dawson

Victoria, B. C, Oct. 5.- J. C. McArthur, Dominion government surveyor, who just returned from the north, says there will be no starvation at Dawson City this -winter. When he left there were 2,000 head of sheep and 400 cattle on the Dalton trail, which would reach Dawson between Sept. 15 and 20.
