Moved To Advance Durrant's Case

Washington, Oct. 12.- Attorney Genoral Fitzgerald of California in the United States supreme court Tuesday moved to advance the hearing of the case of W. H. T. Durranr. under sentence of death in California. The case is before the supreme court in the shape of an appeal i'rom the decisión of the United States circuit court refusing to grant Durrant's mction for a writ of habeas corpus.
