At a session of the Probate Court tor the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Thursday, the 14th day of October in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Francés Rudmau, deeeased. Ida A. Dalton, the administrator of said estáte, comes into court and represents that she is now prepared to render her final account as sueh administrator Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the üth day of November next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for exatnining and allowingr sueh account, and that the heirs at law of said deeeased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, insaid County, and show cause if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Lewis. praying that a certain instrtinicut now on file in this Court purporting to be the last will and testament of said deeeased, may be admltted to probate and that administration of said estáte may be granted to Newton A. Lewls the executor in said will named, or tosome other suitable person.
