Rome, Oct. 19. - A great scandal has been excited in local eireles by a lawsuit which Abbe Brougidon has braught against the pope for possession of the Church of St. . Joachim. The court pronuunced a decisión favorable to the abbe, whose costs the pope is ordered to pay. By way of retaliation the church is certain to be placed under an interdict, while Brougidon will be excommunicated.
