Simia, India, Oct. 19. - Two squadrons of the Ninth Bengal Lancers feil into an ambuscade Monday in the hills between Bara and Mamannl. A native officer and fifteen Sowars were killed, seven Sowars were vvounded, and twenty-seven horses were killed.
