Chancery Notxce. THE TWENTY-SECOND JUDICIAL CIRcuit for the ! State of Mlchigan. Tlio Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw, in Chancery. Estlier A. Traver and Ella J. Wood, complainants, ys. Frederiok C. ïraver, Charles Tra ver and William J. Traver, defendants. It eatisfactorily appearing to me by aflidavlt that the defendants are non-residents of this State, that Frederic O. and William J. reside in the State of Illinois and that Charles Trayer resides in the State of California. On motion of E.B. Norlis, of counsel for complainants, ordered that tlie said defendants do cause their appearance in this cause to be entered within four months trom the date of this order; that in default thereof the bill of complaint whicli is filed in this cause be taken as confessed.
