Denied A Rehearing

Tbe petition of Capt. Charles H. Manly, adroinistrator of the E. W. Morgan estáte, for a rehearing iu the case of Luoy C. Eames et al. against the Morgan estáte, was denied in the 3irouit oourt at Kalamazoo on Monday. Last Febrnary that conrt issued a judgrueut in favor of the Eames heirs against the Morgan estáte for f 197,000 aud a oouple of weeks ago Wilfred Eames levied on a large anionut of pioperty in Ann Arbor to collect tbe amount of tbe jndgnient. The oase will be oarried to the supreme coort.
