School has opened in the Winan's district, Ann Arbor towD, under charge of Martin A. Ryan. A reception ia to be tendered to Rt. Rev. Bishop Doane, of Albany, N. Y., at Harria hall, on Saturday evening of nezt week. Dec. 4, to wbich all the members of the congregation of St. Andrew's church and a large number of other citizens of Ann Arbor and other pointe have been or will be invited. On account of Prof. Perry's illness the Needle Work Guild will hold its animal meeting at Mis. H. S. Dean's, on E. Liberty st., Thursday, Dec. 2. Will every one interested pleaee send two garments to the director or toMrs. Dean's before that day? Eevry one is cordially invited to attend the annual meeting.
