Omaha, Neb., Nov. 30.- The Union Pacific fast mail at 5:30 o'clock completed the longest reeord-breaking run ever made - 519 miles in 520 minutes. The run was made from Cheyenne to Omaha. The train consisted of two mail cars for the eastern mail matter. The fast run was necessary to avold a heavy fine, as the mail was delayed by a burning bridge.
