The anuual state coD7ention will be held at Jacknon, Feb. 10-1 3. Plan to go. It will not cose yon much. The Woruao's Anxiliary will keep "open house" for the raembers and friends of the association New Year's Day from 3 till 10 o'olock p. m. Sunday at 2:45 Judge Lane will speak before the meeting at the rooms of the assoeiation. Special mnsic will be provided at this meeting. All men are invited to attend. Monday evening, Jndge Lane gave the fifth talk in the oonree of "Practical Talks on Practical Subjects." His remarks were greatly appreoiated by the men in attendance. The subject, "A Modern Flouring Mili," will bedealt with by ö. F. Allmendinger n?xt Monday evening at 8 o'clck. Twelve applioations for membership were acted on at the business meeting Tnesday night and accepted. They were signed by the following meu : Adolph Weimer, J. B. Hillman, Milton Wagner, Ben. Nellis, Cari R. Staucb, . S. Chapín, Elsworth Thomas, Egbert ?ield, Wm. Rayer, Fred Ij. Davis.
