Dec. 14.- The National Board of Trade met here for lts twentyeighth annual session, ex-Governor Stannard of Missouri presiding in the absence of Mr. Frederick Fraley of Philadelphia. who has been president of the board since its organization in 1868. The executive committee made its annual report, whlch was adopted without a diasenting vote.
