Kilbourne Will Pay Up

Dundee. Hls., Jan. 4. - Fourteen years ago Charles S. Kilbourne failed in the creamery business here and at Barrington. He effected a settlement with creditors for a fraction on each dollar and they considered the incident closed. Lately Mr. Kilbourne has been writing to nis former creditors, asking their address. He proposes to pay all in full and has had this in mind ever since he failed. It wil? require about $10,000 to do this. He is under no legal obligation to make the payments.
