Estáte of Milo Clark. STATE OF MICHIGAN. COUNTY OF Washtenaw, ss. At a seesion of the Probate Conrt for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the 2nd day of February in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninetyeight. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Milo Clark, deceased. J.M. Clark, the administrator of said estáte, comes into court and represents that he is nowprepared to render hls final account as sueh administrator. Thereupon it is ordered that Wednesday, the 2nd day of March next, at teu o'clock in the forenoon, be assiffned for examlning and allowiiiK such account, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are recmired to appear at :i session of said Court, tnen to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, m said County, and show cauee, if any there be, wby the said account should not be allowed. And it is furtber ordered that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in gaid estáte, of the pcndency of said account, and the hearing thereoï, by causing a eopy of this order to bo published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a ncwspaper prlnted and circulatng in said county three successlve weeks previous to said day of hearing. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, ou Monday, the 31st day of January, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight. Present H. Wirt Newkirk, Judj?e of Probate. In the matter of the eBtate of William Morton, deceased. John W. Morton and William II. Morton, executors of the last will and testament of said deceased, come into ;ourt and represent that they are now prepared to render their flnal account as such executors, Thereupon it is ordered, that Tu slay, the lst day of March, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account and thatthe devisees. 1 gatees, and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, il' any there be, why the said account should not be allowed: And it is further ordered that said executors irive notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of thls order to be publiBhed ín the Ann Arbor Aboüs, a newspaper printed and eirculating in said county, three suocosshe weeks previous to said day of hearing.
