Mounting New Disappearing Guns

New York, March 1. - The work of mounting two new 8-inch disappearing guns at Willett's Point, L. I., which was bcgun a week ago by men f rom Fort Schuyler, is progressing rapidly. Only a short time ago three new guns were mounted at Willett's Point. One was an 8-inch bore and the two others were 10-inch weapons, weighing thirtythree tons each.
