VVhen W. F. Hansen was arrested in Lansing aboat two years ago and brought to tbis oity for taking money from the Eberbaoh Drug & Chemical Co. 's store, a nnmber of gentlemen in Lansing obtaiaed his release from jail by giving a note to niake good his shortage, the prosecntion being dropped. Hansen did not pay the note, and now -the men wbo belped him to obtain his liberty have been sned in the Iughaiu coanty oirouit conrt on the note.
