Breeders' Law Is Constitutional

St. Louis, March 15.- The breeders' law, under which pool room cases have recently been tried, has been declared constitutional by Judge Hirzel in the St. Louis circuit court at Clayton. The decisión was rendered in response to a demurrer filed by counsel for the defendants in the case of the state vs. George Khrlich et al., the managers of the Brooklyn Turf Exchange, in -which the court was asked to quash the indictments against them for pool selling. Judge Hirzel refused and the accused wlll have to stand trial.
