London, March 29. - According to a special dispatch from Bucharest the outbreak among the Albanian aiu Kurdish troops in the barracks of th Yildiz palace, Constantinople, during the evening of March 15, was in realit a plot to assassinate the Sultan o Turkey. ït is added that 100 men wer killed.
