Chicago, March 29. - Judge James Goggin is dead at his residence, 408 Superior street. Four sisters and several intímate friends were present at his bedside when the end carne. The cause of death was enlargement of the liver, from whieh malady he had been Euffering several weeks. He had refused to give up work until actüally ioTced to do so by his friends and reíatives. Even then he held daily receptions and kept in touch with his work.
