Off For Hampton Roads

Philadelphia, March 29.- The United States cruiser Columbia, which sailed from League island for Hampton Roads and anchored in the Delaware river below Newcastle, Del., hoisted anchor and proceeded on her journey at 2:40 p. m. The ship proceeds direct to Hampton Roads.
