Grand Leotnrer L. C. Goodrich is away on a lectnriug tour this week. M. W. Wood Allen bas gone on a six weeks' business trip to Pittsburg, Washington and other points east. Mrs. John W. Bennett, and Miss Ella Bennett, of Ann Arbor, have been visiting the former's inotber, Mrs. T. M. Crocker, in Mt. Ulemens. Miss Ida Allen, entfertained 20 of her fiiflnds Friday evening at her home on Miller ave. Oanoing and games occupied the evening and refresbments were served. Mrs. Gatherine Weitbreoht went to Springfield, Obio, last Satnrday morning to visit her nieoe Miss Lonise Weitbreoht who died shortly after her arrival. She is expeoted home tomorrow.
