Buenos Ayres, May 3. - A dispatch f rom Ria Janeiro says the Spanish torpedo gunboat Temerario has arrived there and is stripped for action. As the United States battleship Oregon and gunboat Marinetta are there, a battle is expected. If a battle occurs the warships will have to go outside the threemile limit.
