Pauncefote To Leave Us

London, May 3.- According to a report published here the British ambassador at Washington, Sir Julián Pauncefote, is to be succeeded by Sir Thomas H. Sanrïerson, K. C. B., K. C. G. M., the permanent under secretary of state for foreign affairs, one of the most experienced diplomatic officials in the British service.
