Spanish Cabinet Resigns

Madrid. May 17.- All the members of the Spanish cabinet have resigned. Senor Sagasta communicated the situation to the queen regent, who wlll intrust him wlth the task of forming a new ministry. It is offlcially denied that the cabinet changes are connected with a peace movement. On the contrary, it is declared that Premier Sagasta's ministry, when the new cabinet ia formed.' will continue to prosecute the war with the fuil resources of the country.
