At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor. on Fuesday, the 3rd day ol' May in the year one thoutand eight hupdred and ninetyeight. Present. H. WIRT NEWKIBK, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Mary Norton, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verifled, of Bernard Murphy, praying that adininistration of said estáte may be granted to himself or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Saturday, the 28th day of May next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all otber persons Interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a 6ession of 6aid Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cauue, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons mterested n 6aid estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus. a newspaper printed and circulated in said cqunty, three successive week6 previous to said day of hearing. McHenney theadministratorof said estáte comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render hls final account as such administrator. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the aist day of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, andtbatthe heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor. in said County, and show cauee, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed.
